Signing in

  • Enter your User ID - the email or phone number you used when you signed up with weFI.

  • Enter your password.

  • Tap Continue.

If you forget your password, enter the user ID (email address or phone number) associated with your account to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) to reset your password.

If your user ID cannot be found in our system, you will need to create a new account.

Tap Sign Up to create a new account.

  1. Enter a user ID for your account - an email or phone number. then tap Continue.

  2. Enter a password, then re-enter the password to confirm, then tap Sign Up.

    1. Your password must:

      • Have at least 8 characters.

      • Include all of the following - one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number,
and any special character.

  3. Complete your profile details, then tap Continue.

  4. Accept the Terms of service and Privacy Policy, then tap Continue.

Enable Face ID or Fingerprint

  1. Select the checkbox for Face ID or Fingerprint to sign in using these options on your Apple or Android device.

  2. To set up Face ID or Fingerprint, follow the instructions provided on your device.

Password reset

  1. Enter the user ID associated with your account to receive an email or text message with a one-time passcode to reset your password.

  2. Enter the OTP, then tap Continue.

  3. Enter a password, then re-enter the password to confirm, then tap Reset Password.

    1. Your password must:

      • Have at least 8 characters.

      • Include all of the following - one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number,
and any special character.

You can now sign in with your new password.
